Meepo has flat our scary talents. Its fucking filled with stat perks. Plus hex is undispellable.
LD has a 5 sec bkb with 20 sec cd at later game. Im pretty sure bulldog is cumming rn.
Fucking everyone, even the shop keeper. Late game Lion with the lvl 25 talents, Axe and the lvl 10 attack speed talent, the fairy, Bane, I don't know it still feels like a circus to me. Give me those 4-5 years to get used to the changes and I'll come with a reply.

And my boi arc wrden doesnt recieve any massive buffs
too many heroes got buffed and still don't figure it out if what heroes to spam. but definitely i wont play that new heroes. hahaha
AW got nerfed. They removed +30 dmg at lvl 15, that's massive. Silver Edge nerfed. No extra creep on mid. Meteor Hammer introduced, so it's easier to push vs him. He wasn't even great before & now they buffed everything & nerfed him. He is pretty much unplayable. Introducing Nullifier is great for him, but it won't change that his early-mid game got totally dumbstered.
The lvl 15 talent on Wisp with the timed agha on tethered allies is pretty decent in my opinion. This might enable some nasty shenanigans.
