no. i believe you are "dead" in terms of vision, so you can only see what your allies can see. so if you get caught alone in the jungle, it will be like "fog of war", but i dont know how it works with spell or item targeting.
like bane's nightmare, except it applies to everyone in the cloud, if anyone is close to the cloud but not in it, you still see the area around the cloud (but no unit inside gives off vision)
tested it in test client.
u only have vision of yourself in small area like 200 radius and the vision of your allies when you are inside smoke screen
