the only reason ls is even good right now is magic immunity against a lot of magic dmg heroes (and he can hit during it unlike jugg) and the fact he can fight with a handful of items

I do not see a sensible way to nerf naix without making the hero fucking shit because the hero has a lot of problems as the game goes on

I just hope NS, Shaker, Lich, Pugna, Visage will get a big nerf hammer. Also fuck Necro, Brood & Blood, even though they're kinda balanced, they're way too annoying to play against.

For buffs - Storm, Arc Warden, Tinker, SF, Lina, TA, Spectre, Jugg, Elder Titan.

I reckon medusa will be buffed and maybe tiny will get few more buffs.

Omniknight and Necrophos always get away too easily. It's like it won't be DotA if these 2 aren't strong in pubs.
Meanwhile some heroes get dumpstered to 40% win rate when they get picked in one tournament.

Buff : IO and all heroes with winrate below 44%
Nerf : All heroes with 51%+ winrate

Also hope new heroes will be balanced

The Nerf-Hammer Should Hit: Necro, Lich, Pugna, Viper (probably not), Seeker (minor), Clinkz.
The Buff Cannon Will Probably Hit: Pudge (for the Arcana), Tiny, Slark (I hope not), Bara (always loves another buff), Dusa (probably due for one), Riki.
The Forgotten: Gyro, Techs, WK, Chen

I really hope they don't hammer Seeker too hard (don't get me wrong his bloodlust needs adjusted) but remember, any nerf to Seeker is effectively a buff for Slark and no-one wants to see that.

Also hope new heroes will be balanced

I'm hoping to see some items like S&Y and Sheepstick buffed.
And please nerf Diffusal and maybe manta so that every agility hero doesn't automatically build those two items regardless of the game.

diffusal shud be nerfed, manta is fine
manta is good rn cuz diffusal is also good, not cuz manta needs a nerf imo

sny is good, doesnt need a buff imo, maybe a slight one
sheepstick needs to somehow not become uber countered by lotus, the item feels weak

Change diffusal so it doesn't give agility but instead you get infinite charges with a longer cd
This way it'll stay relevant on illu based heros, and will get back to the place it belongs

just make hex undispellable by weak dispels and it's fine

this is also a buff to shaman and lion but who cares

and maybe raise the mana burn a bit or smth

yeah manta is probably fine, but it might still get a slight nerf just to drive the message across. If S&Y gets buffed to being a viable alternative then manta doesn't need changes.
