After looking at your recent games,

in this bracket--3k to 4k, i really think heros w/ pushing ability are important (or heroes that ur good with/like to play). If u dont have any heroes u are particularly fond of, then practice heroes w/ strong push, and who have the ability to retreat quickly. This is b/c in the 3k bracket lanes are often NOT pushed, which is VERY important. Instead, what i see peeps doing, is taking silly team fights while creeps are at their towers.
so 3k to 4k, biggest advice is: push (when safe to do so), dont engage w/ ur team, and farm always, and make sure ur prioritize lane farm ove rjungle farm
all heroes are good if you are good with them. If you are not good, spam meta heroes, which is necro, clinkz, visage, pugna.
