axe, alchemist, slark, medusa, pugna, centaur is okay imo
but the others need remodel, silencer would really need something else for his feet rather than those purple elf boots he's wearing.
Centaur is fucking ugly, the only reason I like him is because I have the most perfect set for him, 90% of his sets are just plain ugly.
Pugna is like the old Jakiro, old design, im confident that Valve will give him a remodel soon. Same goes to Axe and Alchemist.

Imagine they remodel QoP into a fattie, an old man, or a loli or something.
It's fine how she is.
Some hero's don't really need remodels. They just need better sets. Visage, Oracle, Shadow Demon, ect come to mind. I still think DK, Centaur, and Bat rider are kinda ugly and could use remodels though.
Imo the only ugly hero was preremodel slardar but now I have no complaints
