Why valve always gives me good teammates while my enemy so retarded? it always happened to me sometimes after i win like 8-9 streak then next game valve always giving me good team and my enemy team is just so retarded. im stuck at 3.5 3.6 i can't go to 2k because of retard enemy. any tips guys?

SEA servers has the largest diversity. People from different countries speaking different languages exist. It's difficult to communicate and hence do better teamwork. It can't be helped much.
