What's your mmr?
I'm pretty new to dota2, but I found that whether you start a new account or not, dependent on the grind/learning curve that you have towards the game, you'll sooner than later reach the MMR you were originally at.
Maybe you have absolutely terrible luck, but that tends to be rare commodities.

Do you think I can get to a higher bracket in like 5 stomped games in this account? I'm kinda near to level 20 and it's been a long journey to get back to hs/vhs bracket since i lost it in my 30th game which I was in in VHS-ish bracket. I admit to have bad games cause i still play even im tired due to work and i believe that is the cause of it (monkaS)
