1k-2k,,no you cant do anything about it ,,just grind than creating more accs just to calibrate at high mmr

Looks like you just like pudge and only try other heroes.
What you can do to raise quick is: limit yourself to about 10 heroes. 2-4 on each position. (Jungling is not a position anymore)

Find like 2 supports, 2 roamers, 2-3 offlaners, 2-3 mids and 2-3 carries.
Do -never- jungle from minute one.
Pick heroes you LIKE to play and fit different situations. Avoid heroes with high skill cap like invoker meepo and anything with a lot of summons, play easy heroes for now. Cores should farm fast and push quick.
Play at least 10 normal games on each of those and learn what he's good/bad at, don't always buy the same items.
Also check dotabuff meta Trends, pick heroes with >50% winrate.
Watch recent pro games from players perspective playing those heroes. You can go ingame and download replays under "watch/tournaments", dreamleague and SL I-Leage just ended
