It's something you type in the console commands.
Type "developer 1"
Then type "dota_game_account_debug"
A wall of text will appear, just look through it. It contains data on your commends, reports(and types of reports, like if you were reporting for comm abuse or for intentional feeding), blah blah, then somewhere there it will say your behavior score
