Meepo excels against lineups with no aoe disables, struggles against lineups with burst damage, hey they only need to focus one meepo.
You would want to start the game with a pms, 2 tango shared, and get treads, 2 wb and dagger, 8-10 mins.

I really like the concept of this hero. I want to play it in games but I feel like I either dominate or get rekt. So I need to know what lineup meepo excel against. vice versa. And wat are reasonable timings with 4K last hitting capabilities?
