Yo dude! I'm not sure.. you seem to have pretty good stats, i would assume that if you kept having those 33-3, 9-1 then you would get there...
1. Have you checked your last hits at 10 minutes(keep track of this and see your progress)? If u are higher skill than ur bracket you should dominate your lane, otherwise learn how to dominate it first 10 min - sets the pace of the game, your support can rotate etc.
2. Item choices. You seem to prefer going blink nr 1, you also seem to prefer going abyssal, I dont dislike these choices but you do them as a standard. Please have a look at guides page for ideas. Butterfly is a hell of dmg item for jugg. Blink is sittuational, you dont always need it and you def. dont need it as first item. Can you get Manta, Diffu, Butterfly by 33-35 min?
3. Increase your building dmg and be more conistent on hero dmg. Your building dmg is average in some of the games i checked, maybe you need to split push more? Your hero dmg is pretty low some games and good others.
