I currently use these in-game messages with chat wheel and hotkeys.

I can send other messages like current time and alert about items on enemy heroes by alt-clicking on them, but I do often find myself lacking several other key messages that could come in handy. Things like "enemy is smoked" or "fight under the tower" or "destroy the barracks, then get back".

However, the two options shown above are fully utilised and typing these messages ingame is cumbersome and slow. I have an average speed of 60WPM and there's too much to do constantly to be able to type, and I don't have a mic, nor can I get one. So, is there any other way to add more messages like this to hotkeys? Messages that are auto-translated to individual user's languages, like the chat wheel?

    Forget me not

I never knew that you can use hotkey to say some of the phrases. do you know how to announce a hero is miising or a hero has returned in the map ? Usually I just use missing top, middle, bot .

Alt-clicking a hero icon sends the message "X hero is missing" and Ctrl+Alt clicking the hero icon sends the message "X hero has returned".

That's counterintuitive. Gg and ggwp is used to concede a game, and when you send that message, it tells your teammates you've given up and demoralizes them.

I just found out this, but it's a bit advanced for me. Can someone explain how to exactly implement this?
