I believe that you can switch your mmr's individually, so afterwards you can have:
solo 3.900
party 4160
This is only my guess however I doubt they will force you to change both.
same question .. done 40 gamEs at solo and 22 games at group rank .. can i only claim my solo ?

i play 40 solo game and 21 mmr group in international calibration:
solo 3900
group 3830
My actualy mmr is
solo 3500
group 4160
Can i switch only solo mmr? or at the end of compendium for change i need switch solo and group?
