Seriousness though, You made a mistake of trying to go battlefury to out lategame them(which you shouldn't have done at all, just end early), then farming poorly with it. if you let a long range damage dealer like sniper get to MKB, you've messed up.

How do I win a lane vs Axe + timbersaw as TB?
They zoned me hard, so I let them have the tower after I farmed a few waves. Then went into the jungle to farm a bit, then went back to the lane to last hit(lane was pushed in).
Unfortunately what this led to was the axe and timber constantly harassing me out of the jungle. Our CM was a 1k player. Viper won mid, and the offlane lost.
I went for manta->travels. Recognizing that we couldn't teamfight them. Unfortunately, the enemy team kept all the lanes pushed in and took top racks when we lost a teamfight vs them.
This happened several more times and they took the other two racks with the pugna supporting the axe with lifedrain.
Not sure what I could have done better. As I feel like I had to catch up before I could fight, but then they forced fights and won them before I could recover. Leading to a snowball that was really difficult to stop.
I went for silver edge to disable reactive armor, drow's agility, axe's counter helix, sniper's range, etc. . . As well as for stats. Would a butterfly have been better? Idk.
I ended the game with 26k networth. Higher than everyone. But I couldn't carry the game. Why not?
There are few choices when you are behind in terms of net worth
-cut waves
-force rotations
-sneak up for rosh
-backstab gank
-pray for a HG teamfight win (not reliable)
Both of them are extremely greedy, punish them post laning stage by doing the usual TB thing
Don't afford ANY mistake
Axe and timber are decent vs TB, you do the thinking

you play less aggressive and play hit and run or you jump on the mkb carrier first and burst him down so he is no longer a problem. It's a lot more relying on your team to set up kills for you rather than you just jumping into the middle of the teamfight. What you have to remember is that late game pa doesn't lack damage, thats not why she's a bad lategame carry, pa is a bad lategame hero because she is no longer nearly as survivable as she was earlier.
