make a copy of your steam folder and use that as the sandboxy, and don't use the same account.
run it as uac adminstrator
i did that, i had a separate folder that i copied on D: (originally have dota with steam on ssd so i can load in faster)
but it didnt help
If someone can't understand what the text on last picture says. Giving full access to C:\ will stop sandbox from being sandbox. Any action in sandboxed apps will affect your OS. So after you did changes on my picture please don't do anything stupid such as running viruses in sandbox with full access to your hard drive. And if you use(d) this program to abuse mmr, pls consider suicide.
Why the fuck is this being supported?
