I like mom on Spectre, when your support don't help you on the line, and you can make some kills on enemy supp ultimate>dagger>phases>mom and your passive

if a lane goes wrong as spectre id prefer a dominator into bigger items. Hp regen and a controled creep help a lot more than damage based lifesteal.

Dont relly like mom on spec bc the enemy tends to focus you and having dagger muted and -6armor doed not help that much. If you can get the pickoff then good but otherwise I would not recommend it.

i think hotd spectre might be sleeper-still good, the remote farming ability on spectre is imo borderline broken, and when hotd was nerfed people spontaneously forgot how stupid op it was. my best spectre timings ever are still with hotd rush spec

I just think spectre benefits more from abusing her ulti with urn to snowball. MoM makes spec squishier, and she farms jungle rlly bad anyway.
Like for jugg u can go phase Aquila MoM manta or yasha MoM manta

yea u farm jungle so slow with spec and jungle nerf. mom makes a lot more sense esp when u cant juts farm lanes freely.
