Carry = primarily safelane carry or 'carry' in a broader sense of the word?
I wouldn't make a primarily safelane carry, for that's like the worst role in the game I can think of.
However, I would make an ideal semicarry offlane hero, which I would enjoy to play. Akin to Broodmother, Abaddon, Enchantress, but completely different in mechanics.
I'd make a hero who gathers 600 unit blink charge every 90 seconds to a Max of 10 charges, blinks the increase move speed 10% for 3 seconds. His second is passive spell is gives him 80 bonus dmg to Target with in 400 units of blink, start stacking up to to 3 times and lasting 1 second. 3rd skill being a passive resistance leech, where every attack reduces a targets resistances by 10% and amps his resistance by 10% for 7 seconds. Finally a global range ultimate that is a teleport that slows everything and all damage sources reduced by 80% with 1200 unit range of arrival for 3 seconds. His combo would be to ultimate teleport to enemies creating a field where everything but him slowed and takes 80% less dmg for 3 seconds both allies and enemies. During the 3 seconds he hits enemies reducing their resistances while building his, then right at then end he uses all of his blink charges to stack a bunch of plus dmg and slow vs the enemy hero's and then right click.

If icefrog gave you the chance to make your own hero on the following conditions:
-Must be carry
-Stats, damage of abilities, duration of debuffs/buffs etc.. are under icefrog's control
-Must be Melee
What abilities would you give it? And how would you make it overpowered if you could?
