as for the actual complaint, is anyone else from PH unable to queue on SEA or Japan servers? I finished 1 game on SEA then ping rose sharply to 250, pinging via cmd gives me timeouts. queued on Japan the next game, right after I finish, pings on both SEA and Japan rose to a whopping 4000-6000ms. Playing on PH LoL seems to have no issues at all, and in fact right now it shed a few ms from its usual ping of 80ms to 60ms so I think my internet in general is fine. my ISP is PLDT.
I'm trying to register for a forum account in dev.dota2.com, but I'm stuck in verification. says: "In order to gain access to the Dota 2 forums, you must be a participant in the Dota 2 beta." and has a username and password field.
Before this page, I filled in a form for the account I'm making. I typed in the username and password I just made, but it doesn't recognize it. I also check my email for a verification link but there's no message of that kind either.

there seems to be no way to do that on the dota 2 website, nor do technical complaints posted here get attention from the game devs
