The key to good team mates is to be friendly and flexible yourself. The same way the fastest way to get toxic team mates is to act toxic and selfish at the start. Forcing someone to play a role they dislike or are uncomfortable with will also bring out toxicity pretty fast.
Just need to be mr nice guy from min 1, if anyone flames you once you just mute them, if they feed aswell you report them and move on, nothing you can do about it. Just try your best every game.
I do have one advice though, every game you play take 10-15 minutes break so that the chance is big that you don't get the same people you played with in your team and if they intentionally fed then you definitely don't want them in your team.
I literally stop any toxicity from the root by starting the game chat myself before ppl start calling others out because of their picks and blame jungler lc from before game starts
