I improve every time:
1. Someone beats me mid. I evaluate what I did wrong and never repeat the same mistake.
2. I make a bad decision. These include over-extending during a push, getting greedy (either for a kill or farming a lane without vision).
3. Every time I get dominated in an offlane. What went wrong? Did I not have obs? Was I too gung-ho? Was the match-up bad for the hero I picked?
You can improve skill-wise as well. For example when you play with good players, and 1v1 mid with them, it can be good practice for you to learn to last hit better (last-hitting in a free lane is nothing compared to when someone else is also CSing against you).
You can improve in item-choice as well. When do you BKB? When do you go Lotus orb or Linkens? When do you pipe/Greaves? Force Staff? Not every game is going to be your cookie-cutter butterfly sny satanic game. You'll have to adjust to every game.
You have 2,000 games. Surely you've learnt somethings about what not to do. But I also feel like that's enough games for one to reach their saturation point. Not every one's cut out to be Miracle-.
