idk do they specially help this part? cuz ive already grown more muscle on the top part but not much has changed on the other side
I did an anal amount of push-ups for track, we did this thing where we wud do 10 push-ups and 10 situps then 9 and 9 all the way to 1.
The highest we went was 21 I think, and I am skinny but my triceps did get bigger.
Obviously do weights I think the triceps one is where u lift it behind ur head up above it. Idk how to describe it in writing tho lmao

so you ought do close grip bench press
weighted dips
overhead tricep press
rope or cable pull down
close grip push up ( weighted )
skullcrushers
thats all pretty much
try to do around 8-10 reps in 2-3 sets
eat enough nutrition
sleep enough

fairly certain what youre looking for is a pulling motion. cable flyes are what youre looking for
For that part, the strength training class I usually go teaches these:
Overhead dumbbells triceps extension
Bench dip
Skullcrushers
Close grip push-ups
About 3 sets, 8 reps each.
