If u want to be a good drafter it take a lot of experience and knowledge of the game
Winter is a good example of this, other casters as well, they've seen so fucking many drafts that they start predicting picks sometimes.
Also captains like ppd who make vids can give some insight
There r strategies to drafting, u want to get a balanced, synergetic, and focused draft where ur team has a proper game plan, while simultaneously trying to prevent the enemy from finding out what your strategy is while u try to see theirs and ban out picks for them. It's super complex and not worth getting into tho tbh
There r examples of those super strong drafts but teams eventually found ways to counter them
OG used to do first pick naga disruptor and team fight the shit out of the enemy
EG ran Luna, mirana, kunkka, sd strats which were super flexible yet strong
Etc etc

No draft has no counters, but you could just pick a balanced one full of disablers and team fighters with good push too, like tide/axe/sk off, viper middle, ogre roam, cm + troll safe or something.
at best , it does not have hard counter , but jack of all trades, does not have special strat. just well balanced
drow strats are always solid. if the enemy doesnt get its shit together by 20 mins, you can steamroll through the rest of the game. If you win most your lanes, it shouldnt be a problem to win most games with that.
^LOL? WHAT? Drow is so easy to shit on, so I dunno what you are talking about. All you need is depush and an initiator who can frontline really well.

Drow, 6 seconds silence with 13 sec cooldown, if enemy team is good, would be hard to fuck her
