It says i should see personal postsition even if out of top 100. The only rank i have is 60% percentile.
It clearly states you can see your personal rank if you have plus but I can only see percentile.
it only shows if you're like in the top 500
everything else shows % based.
this is why dotabuff sucks, opendota shows your clear rank by a waaaaay better ranking system
Im so happy even though players here in this forum say that im a shit earth spirit player..
I don't know how Opendota calculates rankings, but I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with how much you play, rather than how well you play. I've gotten in the top 200 a few times from just spamming heroes despite not even doing particularly well with them.
@potato, not really, i think, because my io is in top 800 despite having shitty win rate(30%] and few games played.

Plus subscribers can see their personal position and detailed ranking statistics even if they aren't in the top 100.
