Hmm, a sandbox in normal skill pub game at SE Asia server (most crowded server) seems less likely.
Also his dbuff profile suggest that hes just bad.

I wouldn't normally be suspicious but for the following occurrences:
1.) Enemy team bet 1750 gold tokens
2.) Wraithking played like a bot the entire game. He didn't respond to chat or pings. He also just jungled and fed the enemy team.
3.) Wraithking DCed at some point in the game. The enemy Witch Doctor was too fast to pause the game. Enemy Witch Doctor also unpaused the game a few seconds before Wraithking connected.
Any help would be really appreciated.
