1k speaking here i guess the build cn go bloodstone,shiva,sheepstick,boots of travel,lotus,bkb or link depend on their lineup, moonshard and consume it, if the game still goes longer you can get eblade and swap between it and your boots of travel
ill say it again am 1K so this build may and may not lose you the game :3

who doesn't buy HoT very late game?? you can swap it with your core items just for the passive regen

I have never seen a heart on a Storm before. Most people go boots, bkb, hex, shivas, bloodstone, bloodthorn. They might swap one of those items out for linkens or euls instead, but never a heart.

Ik it might sound dumb.... but AC. ... put it in backpack and once you are hitting towers put it in inventory..... also if u are seeking hp then just go for skadi dude. ...

I bought skadi for stats for the HP regen is HoT

backpack ur bkb and get another dps/stat item or sth

ex:sheep bthorn shiva linken bkb use bkb then swap in ac/bfly/SE from bpack you can also swap pike in for travels in fights although thats kinda silly lol
