Well you are definitely correct that there are noobs everywhere,like in SEA, our problem there is the astonishing amount of account buyers, they buy 5k accounts and mid to high 4k accounts and ruin games cause they dont know what to do.

I'm not toxic, but I've told my useless supports who sit in lane, sap XP, and push the creep wave to leave lane so I can get solo XP (and more gold). I do this even as a Spectre and AM.

The problem is they pull at the 1:13 or 0:52 mark,most carries cant tank even last hit under the tower cause they are still level 1 and usually people dont buy quelling blade as first item, it would force the carry to use his salve very early in the game
There are still people that pulls in early minutes of the game? isn't the normal thing to do right now is to only pull if your opposing lane is a dual lane or something?

He's right, never tease a already tilted player. For just a "Naga, push" tho, seems weird. It depends on how you say things to them (us). I agree with you on making people notice what mistakes they're making and giving some advice instead of muting everyone all game long, they will improve and you won't have them ruining your game, just try not to be aggressive.
