also dont buy anything right now just wait couple of hours steam sale just came up all servers are slow AF and you can lose some personnel information (had happen last year sale)
it happend for me too, i've no idea what i have to do now. The item has disapeared as well as my money... And can't refund as steam's saying they can't find the dota inventory :((((

but i think that's the way to refund
1- click on your wallet
2- view purchase history
there you can probebly can found the refund option :v and if any of u need killing floor guess pass gift pm me lol or check humble bundle for free copie + 2 guest pass :v
it's fixed, due to a server issue all items purchased were not sent in time, but you should get them by now
