Blink on cm is somehow viable, but should not be rushed at all. good for catch, and position for her ultimate.
Tbh you can get blink on pretty much any hero, because position is everything this game.
lion is a better setuper, cm cant realy blink into 3 enemies to stun them, she is more of an -post-initiation hero
blink is great on her, but not nearly as on lion
only when it's difficult to save 2.2k gold. if gold is coming in blink would always be nice.
You go Blink Dagger on Lion so that you could position yourself better to stun multiple heroes with a follow-up hex and burst one enemy, for CM Blink Dagger can be bought after you've had 1 or 2 important items or you could skip it and just buy Force Staff.
Because of initiation range, crystal nova and bane disables have much more range than hex and earth spike, same with shaman... About rubick its not a must have but its really useful if u can steal aoe stuns like slardars or cent.
But still its a very valuable pickup for cm if your team lacks chasing potential or just to get those good ults. However i like the utility of force staff more.
Yes. Lion shit range and can initiate w disables and use the positioning to land multiple stuns which is incredibly important to succeed as lion.
Rubick can sort of fill that instant initiation role, but arguably not as well with just single Target. Don't forget he still relies on the instant repositioning to steal a spell and lets say he has stolen aoe stun spells then it works the same as lion.
Cm can play the initiation role with w but as you can see, that's all she does so it's not bad but not as much value compared to the other 2 heroes

Why do people usually get blink on heroes like lion and rubick, but not on cm and bane.
It just doesn't feel right to get blink on bane nor cm, you are way better off with glimmer. or is it just me?
