Nah, he wasn't hacking or using any scripts. He was literally just stopping the animation of his ulti and waiting for the stuns to come. If you watch it in his perspective, he had a hg ward and saw both invoker and ck heading towards him. He just anticipated the gank cuz he knows its coming. He isn't that good of a player though, camera movements are rather slow and he doesnt have a hotkey to buy his items on his quickbuy. However he has a decent amount of game knowledge of storm and when to use his ulti.

so i played this game earlier (it was a 3k mmr game) and played vs this storm who was literally dodging and disjointing every single targeted spell thrown at him. this was happening all game, but im going to include the game ID so you guys can check the replay.
game ID: 3257000018 (watch at 22:20 on the GAME clock when CK is going after him in the jungle. CK comes out of fog and storm does this "stutter step" and dodges the stun when he had no idea CK was there. you can watch more of the replay if you want, but at 22:20 it seems like hes using some sort of script because of that weird stutter step he does. would love to hear some feedback from some of you
