imo, meepo because if you screwed your own unit control even by one unit then you are already dead.
plus puck can just buy blink and eul and you can't touch him at all requiring not as much dexterity as meepo's.
puck is ez , practice 5 time u already know how to use it(asume u have a little brain)
meepo ? u need muscle training, good knowledge, how to blink poof, how to lv25 in 20 min, how to counter your counter
well playing meepo in 1k is ez tho
