I don't intend to touch that hero again, that mana cost nerf was just awful and in the wrong direction entirely.
I love CM but the movespeed nerf and the mana cost butchered her. There are much better options now.
She is situationa now. She is great to combo with say with Clock, and make sure Silencer is banned or your team has an answer to him, because he can make your life hell.
Meh I'll still use her tho also I'm trying to itemize 2 Bracers after Traq boots then into RoA first.
Also about the very squishy part isn't most supports are squishy?

Just Frost Bite has lowest priority now. So you want to max it out last.
Max her Q first. The mana cost with your aura is nice.
I would not level her ult until level 8 or 9 so you do not starve on mana during/after fights.
As for items, get drums after your Tranqs, then go for Force Staff or even Atos for tankiness and mobility.

We, not better, but more staple.
I always switched between maxing Q or W depending on the game, and if my team was welloff and just destroying the enemy, I would max E first, but that was very rare, and back when I was 3k.
Keep that up though, man. You're playing CM right as far as the basics.
uh actually maxing out frostbite is better than lvl 1 with maxed out frosbite only cost 15 more mana and it's double the duration and you don't need to maxed out Arcane Aura lvl 2 is enough

Max out Q. AoE Slow Nuke > Single Target 3 second Root early game. You will see you are actually useful in team fights. I'm more afraid of Nuke Maiden, than a Maiden that roots me for 3 seconds, because after that, she is done early game and will get raped in her nice little icecle butthole.
Root is better when enemy got invis or any escape heroes Nuke is better when you have enough lockdown so it's situational no need to argue
Usually I just lvl Frosbite to 2, then 1 in first skill, then max Arcane Aura, then max first skill and then max Frosbite from all of my recent CM games pre and post 7.06d.
you won't be maxing it out every game there are only a few heroes that can benefit from it let alone in a team of 5 wherein most pos. 1 heroes don't spam that much skill early in the game and most mid heroes have a bottle so only pos. 3 - 5 would mostly be the beneficiary
Dont get ult at lvl 6 unless you already have stick or magic wand, in that case i would take her ult whenever possible, just dont upgrade it to lvl 2 untill lvl 16 and you wont have any mana problems
So CM still have good pick rate across all brackets even tho she was nerfed 
, average of 24.88% across all bracket.

Is CM still good right now? I plan on spamming her again since I'm feeling lazy and I'm not really playing much anymore, also I need opinions about Rod of Atos CM to resolve MP problems.
