well in theory until lvl 6 he will have hard time closing the gap between you and with Alacrity you should be able to harass him quite decently. After that just have your icewalk ready lol. Not the most fun lane, but then again there are worse match-ups. Also maybe consider putting a couple of extra points in quas? <--- tho what the fuck do I know my invo is dogshit
you have to pnwed him as invoker, there's no way he can win the lane against you, alacrity + cold snap should be enough to win the lane, just play safe, and dont let him to get you hit by burning spear. You should get almost all their lasthits considering that you have more physical damage than him, and you have 200 more attack range too.
