You should spam CM and may be you will get her arcana from someone that appreciates your support. Had that happen to me but with a Lina Arcana. Some stranger said I deserved it and gifted it to me.

anyways, just get a job literally its easy. you can work at macdonalds, be a gardener, car wash, work in a store, in a mall, get a scholarship or ask money from your parents.
