You just open them and then open candles as you stare into the eyes of your favorite players.
at the moment player cards are useless. they can only be opened and applied when the main event starts.
each player card has a set of specific parametres of the player (kills, assists, runes taken, teamfights, etc.) of a player used to calculate (fantasy?) points. before each day of the main event, u choose 5 different player cards - 2 for core players, 1 for offlaner, and 2 for supports - which will be used to get you pts.
in the end of tournament, you get a bunch of levels thanks to this so-called fantasy challenge. the more pts ur cards got you, the more levels u get.
