If your hidden MMR can't be above 3.2K ,then there is no way u get to high skill bracket. Why dun u try to improve on your skills 1st instead of trying to smurf to get the high skills?

Is there a chance that I could still get high skill in this account?
I have many normal skills and when I do supports my team carries always dumb thats why I play another heroes like Axe played nice but still I couldn't get that high skill something.
