Not only that. Arc needs a little nerf if anything.
He is easy to play, and controls lanes like crazy.
Just because pros are trash at Arc does not mean high/top-tier players are trash at Arc.

I know he was once cancer now he is trash-tier in the current meta.
Terrible base stats and agility gain and wraith and flux don't do anything in team fights.
(Not saying I don't know how to use them)
Now I dont have the highest skillcap but in the Kiev Arc Warden lost 66% the 9 games he played as a core.
Which shows even the pro's struggle with playing this hero as core as he's not reliant.
All he needs is a small agility gain increase and better stats and maybe reduced spark wraith cast time as so many people run away from them its stupid.
