Try to be your team's babysitter during the picking stage and just say positive things, if they're too emotionally unstable and begin acting like children. Then goodluck

I haven't tried it man . I always picks last and pick a core . If my team doesn't have a support or offlaner . I'm going to pick what my team needs.

Why so obsessed with the 4k matchmaking dude? It's generally nothing different from where u belongs now, u still get some bad games.
But 4k players seldom trash talk among teammates ,and even if do, they don't take it to their heart.
Just mute teammates if they start trash talk and play your role.
