It's not on the market right now, but presumably to get it you need to reach the required level on the Battle Pass. Once someone reaches the level it is still unclear whether the item will be marketable or not. Eaither way, we're probably going to have to wait a little longer until we can buy the new Terrain off the market. It looks great.
Im currently level 28, all the items that I got can be tradable after September 1st 2018!! Is that for real?
Yes that's real. Regular TI items can't be traded till the next TI.
However, ultra rare items, (Say for example, last years invoker set) Could be traded and/or bought in the marketplace.
the only way to get TI7 terrain is levelup your compendium to level 150. it is not marketable or tradeable.
