He was your teammate, you could just tell him to farm jungle or pull the big camp constantly?
You are a Terrorblade against a solo Slardar, you can win the lane 1v1 without help even if he went jungle
magic resistance, your forced to safelane and/or just hunt him down he has very low armor and hp.

illuminate spamming and giving free food for the offlane then blame me for getting rekt on safelane 1v2 (i basically had to lh under their tower and slardar got level 6 when i was 4 so i had to jungle)
