Can you win your 2.8k matches easily? If not then you probably shouldn't be asking for 3.5k mmr game.
Try not to die as support, rack up kills + assists, plant a lot of wards, and destroy as much as you can. Should bring you up.
You will keep win and rise if you are place in lower mmr then you should,why you worried about it?

i play in normal with 3.5 or 4k mmr player but when i play solo callibration match i always find in 2.8k mmr why
