so basically most of these "region jumpers" are delusional shits that suck, thereby if you play on EU W, most russians you encounter suck

absolutely not, peru players are like 2x more skilled than anything from sea.
the worst most toxic players are sea players. second russians, in fact most perus are as good as any USA player but just don't speak english.
