Focus on the weak links of the team. The biggest mistake people make when playing against a famous or very high MMR dude is to focus him exclusively and risk wasting their time, getting counterganked or simply outplayed.

Miracle specifically will always have 1-2 people sucking his dick at all times (warding everything around him or waiting to gank/countergank0. Accept the fact you lost mid (or whatever lane he is in) and destroy the rest of his team.

Give them time and maybe a group of 6.5s could beat miracle on the enemy team but still unlikely

There is always hope. Noone is perfect, however it is hard to win against miracle if he plays his best heroes, timber being one of them.
