Reduce silence time and it might be ok on void again

arin's idea sounds great, but such versatility comes at a price. Considering arin's idea was inspired, would you want to pay extra 500g for the recipe or increased -5 armor reduction or increased manacost by 25?
Leave as is but allow you to end it early by using item again while active and thus breaking the silence.
I think a good way to balance mom is a way to remove the buff and the silence like a way to turn it off, you turn on mom it goes on cd, and you can turn it off somehow maybe pressing on the buff you will lose cd and the attackspeed but you wont have to commit huge duration of silence once you turn it on
Or you could just reduce duration and cooldown, 4 second duration, 10 second cooldown. It'd be much more manageable that way.

If Icefrog gave you a chance to add something to 7.06 for mask of madness what would you want?
1.The old mask of madness
2. No change, leave it as it is
3. Have mask of madness recipe cost 100 gold instead of 700g but armor reduction is increased from -5 to -10.
4. Have mask of madness recipe cost 1000 gold instead of 700g but armor reduction is decreased from -5 to -2.
5. Have mask of madness increase attack speed from 120 to 200 and move speed from 17% to 25% but armor reduction is -15.
6. Increase manacost by 100 but decrease cooldown by 10.
7. ???
