i used to get brown boots -> ring of health -> dagger -> vanguard on axe
but with the tranquils buff i would probably buy them now
tranqs > PS > dagger > vanguard (if u want but poormans for me can suffice though) on CW and AXE. move speed + regen too good to pass up bruh.
Pretty sure PMS Tranqs Talon is core on a good majority of offlaner right now. If you need mana just pick up a raindrop and start working towards core items.
nu tranqs are op i think? my opinions kinda suck because i have been playing exclusively shit tier games
