Why would you lotus for doom over linkens though, especially on troll who gets a lot of benefit from the linkens stats? Lotus seems downright horrid on him. In fact lotus seems pretty terrible on every hero except support who can cast it on friends and some tankers like axe and bb.

Trying to figure out how we won this cus team networth doesn't look that bad but we were WAYYY behind, Troll had 14 min s&y, 18 min sblade, our safe lane got trashed, I fed 3 kills off like a noob, troll rosh'd 2 times.
They dove our t3 top around 25 mins and we wiped them aside from one that io ported out. Not exactly sure how we did it, doom is pretty strong defender I guess but we didn't have outstanding high ground D.
Then kind of the turning point of the game was when we randomly stumbled across Troll and io in rosh pit, kill io, troll ran with shadow blade and we took rosh and cheese.
But I think they lost cus of fucking stupid ass builds. Slardar rushed mkb after blink cus he was worried about PA I guess. Troll built a lotus for god knows why? And really delayed MKB and he never got silver edge for PA either. PA just shredded him with help from my ult which I used every time on him. I think his thinking was lotus would make me not ult him but I don't give a fuck if I get viper striked, I have magic reduction built in, he should've gotten linkens or nothing.
And SF built blink and mek. Blink and mek? And you already have slardar for blinking and an io? I think if SF had just gone pike, manta or something we'd have been screwed.
