Team fight ability. His laser is 100% miss chance. Imagine going against a 4 or 5 core lineup. His laser bounces on all of them none of them can hit for like 3 or 4 seconds now.
Laser refracting defends pushes. 4 man missile another extra nuke. Definitely a go to item on tinker.
because he becomes a nightmare to highground against. blind on 4 heroes prevents them all from damaging buildings, and rocket spam hits 4 people which means its even harder to sustain hp during sieges, and on top of that its hard to stand in march.
