It's for the memes, I mean if you have a Riki safelane and a mid alch, give the scepter to Riki and run in as a huge alch and shit on people for fun.
In a real game tho it's worthless and will pretty much lose the game lol
I think actually the new aghs is so great cuase most of rilki damage is from his e and in ur ult u hit all people in aoe with e and can even drop orb effect on them like skadi . s & y,etc
The tried to live up to the pocket riki meme, but failed as nobody was ever talking about this shit.
BTW the visual effect looks terrible when the host ally is moving.

As a riki spammer who has played almost 2600 matches as rikimaru, i find this aghanim build useless.. I have watched so many riki pro match, i have not seen one with aghanim build.. What is in valve's mind when they decided to give Riki an aghanim build.. Any one has found this riki aghanim build useful?
