Trying to get a general idea of how players in 1k-4k differ in terms of farm efficiency, itemization, adjusting to unexpected situations. Basic goal is to see how much of a step up each bracket is from the one below it. Been playing on Dubai server where 1k, 2k, 3k and on rare occasions even 4ks end up in the same game (unranked) and there didn't seem to be much difference between 1k-2k, 2k-3k and even high 1k and low 3k(3k-4k difference was obvious though) so wanted to try out all the brackets in their natural habitats. Got the 1k, 2k and 4k accounts already but don't know anyone who has a 3k account they don't need.
its true, some people in normal skill play decent, some play horrible.sometimes i play in 3k and think thats it is not any better than 1-2k mmr when people have no idea what theyre doing, rage, pick 5 carries and none have farm, etc. sometimes you play in 1k and enemy picks 2 supports and they do support stuff and kill people and they play as a team, which feels not any easier than 3k mmr.
Which is why I want to play each bracket in isolation for ~100 ranked games(to get rid of MMR variance within games that comes with unranked) to get a decent enough sample size. It's purely for personal curiosity.
You are noob and it's bad way to play and watch,why don't you go download random sample of the game you want to watch?
let me tell you, the difference every 1000 mmr is so huge. 1k to 2k is huge. 2k to 3k is huge. i don't understand people who say there's no difference. either your blind or your brain is not working, or you don't know what to look out for, or your concept & understanding of dota is just on a subconscious plane.
2ks will beat 1ks most of the time.
3ks will stomp 2ks
4ks will stomp 3ks
5ks will wipe their asses with 4ks
6ks will dance circles around 5ks

As it says in the title, does anyone have a 3k account, preferable between 3.0 and 3.3k that they don't need? Need to check something out.
