Lifestealer is a beast, Grab a Strong intiator using infest and Free kills. Example: Tinker, NP, SB, Tiny, Riki, BH, Nearly any SB or Blink Hero. His Rage + Feast allows him to sustain in lane Very well like Juggernaut would. Open Wounds and Rage give hmi very strong team fight. Between Echo, Basher/Abyssal he can keep a target close. Combo that with something of a line up like,
#1 Lifestealer, #2 Magnus #3 Undying #4 Disruptor #5 Kotl or #1 Lifestealer, #2 Tinker, #3 Riki #4 Axe(J) #5 CM/Veng/Sky/Dis and you have some very potent Line ups for LS to succeed. Did not list SB because its a given...
Not sure if this is a joke thread but the issue with lifestealer is he's not a true hard carry and if you play him like juggernaut you will lose. You need to have an initiator and get ahead and end game before 6 slots and enemy supports get all those items to deal with you. Although I will say ac deso abyssal naix can man fight a lot if carries.
See I think it is a joke post but the actual content is legit. Force staffs and ghost secpters are an issue late, lifestealer does get kited late and is squishy if not stealing hp.
Well, if they get force staffs you should get diffusal...

Sure, Open Wounds and Feast are good skills to insta-win lanes, but that's pretty much all you're good at all game. Not to mention how it's very hard to get actual kills with your skillset.
Sure, Rage is pretty good against enemy casters, but Lifestealer still feels like paper every time an enemy jumps him. Nothing u can do to fight back.
25 minutes in- enemy support gets ghost/fs ur toast.
Hectic teamfight with nothing to infest - no dmg because of your 200 range E trash slow, ur toast.
Open Wounds get kited by ONE force staff - ur toast.
Getting too close to the enemy because otherwise you won't be able to land your piss poor range and animation attacks? Ur toast.
Maxed feast in the early game because it's your best skill? Too bad you now have one less skill to use for the remaining 30 minutes of the game.
But Feast gets you a shitton of HP! ... To do, what? Get treads deso and hit people with level 10, 15 talents? Yeah right.
