he can be played as a mid core with crest / right click items like agh ac or bloodthorn iirc
or a pos 4? support in a trilane although i never see this hero
max that nuke first. It's very underrated in a fight and you can keep using it as long as you have enough mana. if you're support you can go mek and solar crest because visage is very tanky. get hood or crimson if your team needs it.
Birds are best for either nuking down back line supports or dropping them into the middle of a fight for the stun.
Back in 6.88 when birds required (i think it was 4 hits?) to kill, you could fly them into the middle of a fight and just have them spray damage and even tanking some dmg was ok. 7.00+ nerfs to 300hp birds made them essentially useless in this meta. The small buff in 7.04 made them somewhat viable but they still get torn apart by mjollnir procs, kotl and a backline sniper.
You can of course team up with a radiance lifestealer to infest one of the birds for the memes....

visage mid is hard. he has
a very strange attack animation so last hittinh is awkward. i always played him as support before patch 7.00 and had a 70% winrate.
tried him mid a few times now and lost all games.
you need to practice last hitting in lobbies if you want to go mid.
support he is insane in a trilane.
lvl q first. slows offlaner and gives you attack speed. combined with a stun and right clicks from carry the offlaner should be dead or on his way to the fountain.
items you should get tranquils, wand, medaillon into solar crest, then aghs. after aghs you can get either a pipe of insight if needed or force staff for escape.
usually game should be over by then, if not get a sheepstick.
skill build its first one in q, dont level up further it only increases duration by 1 sec.
lvl the w nuke and the passive, focus on the nuke. it deals insane damage with low cooldown if you lvl quickly. dominate early teamfights.
in the new patch the micro which is needed for the familiars increases a lot. before enemies had to rightclick them which never happened in a teamfight.
now you have to be aware of silences and aoe stuns or nukes.
use tab q, tab q, tab q with a slight delay to chainstun with birds
oooh apparently i need 4k mmr to see that a 7k visage spammer stopped playing visage after 7.00, and the few games he played he mostly lost...

Happy Bunnie. That's a lot of Visage games you've played and a strong winrate too at 5k level. Although I haven't played him as much, I have adecent winrate and success with my item build. I usually play him as a roamer/ganker/Zoner. He is one of the most underrated hero ever!

i max passive now first coz its like impossible to keep them alive without it. I miss 6.88 familiars that required 3 hits to be killed

Well hes been getting popular and i tried him out but I lost but I noticed something in the game my familiars became very irrelevant but I was still able to contribute alot in team fight. I played a somewhat support visage and I thought i played okay at best. But that leads to my actual question how all can Visage be played as in build/skills wise because can you focus more on casting or rightclicking with birds? It would be very nice to have some outside info.
